How do I get it?
I'm really confused by Microsofts services, I can't find shit on their website.
I used the link in the module wiki, didn't help at all.

Can someone be kind to push me in the right direction?
I've got everything but...

Microsoft Windows Core SDK
Microsoft Direct Show SDK
Microsoft Media Services SDK

I already have "$(VCInstallDir)PlatformSDK\include" in the include list, is that it? ( I guess not since it already existed in the wiki page )

This would be the Platform SDK.

Yes, I know, it says Windows 2003 and such. But this is what you want to use.

you are missing an '\' in the directory...
"$(VCInstallDir)\PlatformSDK\include"
