He's not going to listen to you, he doesn't want to deal with admins who unban whoever they want.

I dont want, i request politely.. i request SteamID kicker plugin which kicks SteamIDs on the (for ex.) SteamID.ini file. I will add the SteamIDs to the this file on web panel (I and some managers can access) and plugin will kick automatically. That's all.

Instead of controlling the admins one by one, i will control the SteamID.ini file.

Yes i know ban and unban flag. But this is not solves the problem buddy. I dont want to remove unban flag from admins. But especially i want to control SteamID bans. If a player is a nonsteam, it is not problem because she/he can change his/her IP easily. If he/she has a SteamID, he/she can not change. And i explained the issue in post 63.
