Hello. I know this is really late, but I have been using this plugin for a while now. At the moment, using this plugin will crash the server for me. The examples provided also crash the server. If you'd like a log from somewhere, provide the location the logs are generated, and I'll provide a log. Thank you!

As same for here.

All examples provided in the description crash the server for me.

I have tried a clean server, with only MM, SM, and this mod, and it still crashes.

Logs show nothing of the crash, but ill keep trying to see if i can get one with some info on it.

Glad to see I am not the only one.
I believe the issue here is valve patched something required for the plug in to work.

Hopefully OP can fix the issue

First, you need to add
togschattags_blocked.cfg, togschattags_ignore_equal.cfg and togschattags_ignore_contains.cfg to addons\sourcemod\configs\
