One of our customers has been complaining of crashes on his server for about 3 days. I initially ran steam update and updated some files that weren't updated, however the reports of crashes are still coming in.

I have almost never touched CS 1.6/AMXX in the past short of setting a new server up. Are there any good resources for debugging server crashes with it? The AMXX logs appear to only be reporting missing Dictionary files (for resetscore.txt and parachute.txt) as an issue, which I doubt would cause a crash.

I would disable all 3rd part plugins to see if it still happens. There really isn't any other thing to do.

@Groven: No, as I mentioned this is for a customer of ours (I have been running XFactorServers.com for about 8 months since the original owner sold it)

@Jelle: Thank you. Source servers generate mini dumps on every crash, and Sourcemod has some other useful debugging solutions. Wasn't sure what was available for AMXX.

AMXX logs plugin errors where possible, but crashes aren't logged through AMXX.
