My second plugin :v

sm_regen <player> 1/0 (Flags: FCVAR_NOTIFY | Gives/removes regeneration to/of a player. 1 = On, Any other number = Off.)

sm_regentime <value> (Flags: FCVAR_NOTIFY | Defines the time of each regen loop.)

To compile you need colors.inc (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=96831)

Please report me errors.
