As with any mod, people desire to change the unchangeable. This is such.. Currently untested, but should work.

Cvars:
fof_startingnotoriety2_fod -1(default/disabled)
fof_startingnotoriety2_boss -1(default/disabled)
fof_startingnotoriety2_bounty -1(default/disabled)
fof_startingnotoriety2_dm -1(default/disabled)
