Server Crashing - L4D2 Update August 16th 2013

I can't log onto my server after the update today. Everything was just fine... now I'm getting lots of errors in the logs stating this:

I checked the folder - there is no file called plugin_settings.cfg.

Not sure what to do. This error was never here before. Direct IP connection gives a "server connection failed after 10 retries". Server gets the same connection error of 10 retries even with addons disabled FYI.

Then you should probably add the file.

As it is in the sourcemod package.

Yep - just been installing stable and dev versions - nothing is working

Edit: Weird, the two "stable" versions of SM and MM work now - they didn't 30 minutes ago.. maybe an upload error or something.

Spoke too soon - server crashing with no error logs posted... sigh - loading from lobby it just says connecting and connecting and nothing happens. Then it asks if you want to find a best available dedicated (I have the cfg set to my server's ip). HLSW shows the server as online... like no one can connect to it - but we all just did and it crashed about a minute into playing No Mercy... with no logs posted.

HLSW tool shows the server as offline/time out and my host is showing it as online with 0/32 players. Connecting by direct IP leaves me with "failed 10 times" message.

I just did a clean install of stable versions of both SM and MM - on a side note - I don't see metamod.vdf anymore in the addons folder - is that not included in the latest snapshots? I remember having to upload a metamod.vdf file before.

I have SM 1.6.0 3975 and work's fine...

or disable your firewall for test...

Ip:port for a test ?

My server is 2.1.2.7 - but just out of curiosity - how do you update to the latest version if your game host does not do it for you?
