Hi there,

I was hoping someone could help. I am running multiple cs:s servers on debian 6, and previously had sourcebans working. For a while. We have done a fresh reinstall to prevent lag and such, but now sourcebans won't work. We go to the website for it website.com/bans and 1 of 2 things happen.

Either the website redirects to localhost/bans or if we replace references of localhost to website.com we get a 403: forbidden error.

The thing is if we go to website.com/bans/index.php it will load up the content of the file and display it as text on the screen.

Any help?

in-game plugin seems to load/write bans fine but it doesn't load admins, completely ignores admins.cfg while sb_admins is loaded too. There are literally no errors so I've got no idea why it isn't loading admins.

SourceBans doesn't read admins.cfg, that's what admin-flatfile.smx is for.

no, I know.
I mean It doesn't read admins from mysql/web.

Howdy just wondering.

Can you run one database on two servers.

Cuz i pay like $2 for each database and you can only put like a few tables into it.
So do i run two databases, or just the one ?

The entire point of SourceBans is to synchronize ban/admin lists between servers, so it's designed to be used on multiple servers.

If you're asking if you can run multiple instances of SourceBans on a single database, then you can, you just have to change the table prefix.

And what is with the Server id from the webpanel ? who i must put it in ?
