You need to provide more information in that regard. Like error logs or accelerator reports.

According to tests
int client=gamehelpers->IndexOfEdict(gameents->BaseEntityToEdict(META_IFACEPTR(CBaseEntity) )); = -231... always. Detour accordingly did not work. Charger could not always break through the crowd of survivors.

You want to say this fix never worked? For my linux server this extension still works correctly.

Yeah, seems that the Charger Impact on more than 4+ survivors fix isn't doing its job.

However, when using Charger Chestbump Fix plugin from Equilibrium, the chargers impact successfully on every survivor without stopping so maybe, you could implement the way the plugin was done into this extension.

I tested this plugin. Charger was not able to scatter the crowd of 20 people. Either plugin is outdated or not yet able to work with such a crowd
My decision is able to scatter a huge crowd of survivors.
