is it posible to add a cvar so that its just the effect they have to run around with and not slay them?

and also can u make the amx_fade an actual command like the amx_invisible
so that instead of invisible player wll be fading in and out.

When I put it in my plugins folder, then edit Plugins.ini, and tsart the server, I write down amxx plugins and it says :

[ 36] unknown            unknown  unknown           GHW_UStats.amxx  bad load

Why? Please explain it to me!
