[EKS]

This plugin allows the admin on the server to control weather or not players should be able to reset there car while driving or not. It can also control how many times
during 1 race a player is allowed reset ( controled by the amx_maxresets cvar )

I tried AMXx 0.16 on HLRally but the server actually crashes (even with the engine module).
But it works fine with MetaMod 1.17X3 and AMX 0.9.3

I updated the first post with a link to a working AMXX. ( I basicly h4x0red the plugins/modules.ini) If im not mistaken it was the timeleft plugin that crashes the server.
