That's a cool idea for team game-play. If this idea becomes popular enough, I'll start add some goodies like that. For now I'll fix any game-play bugs and wait for approval.

maybe there is a little problem ...

i have recognized that sometimes when you kill an enemy it looks like you would have killed somebody on your own team.

Have you tried the new version with TF2 support?

I think I fixed that in that version but forgot to write it in the release notes. If you are then it just has something to do with the timing and isn't easily fixed. If it's reproducible and not sporadic then there might be a problem in my code.

i have done the update (.r11)

friendly fire is off, too
maybe if you do not respawn directly after you have been killed. 1 second later or something like that. also this could prevent the mixed coulored flashes

Well in CS:S the client never dies. I print a death notice, switch their team, and then stop them from dying. The game must be processing the fired event after a frame (when the client is switched onto their new team) therefore making their name the wrong color.

How often does it happen?

ähmm ...

the last time i played this mod there were about 30 kills and it happend ~ 5 but this could be happend by chance.
before that i didn't recognize this problem so often like this time. (i think)

I might have to change CS:S to use the method I'm using in TF2 --- let them die naturally and then switch teams and respawn.
