I'm getting this on Fistul of Frags after updating to 2.2.1:

By the Steam group FoF is still listed as a supported game so I assume this is not intended?

Didn't they disable the html motd by default in that game? So I presume the game isn't being supported by motdgd anymore since majority of people will have the html motd disabled now.

They re-enabled HTML MOTDs but they get disabled automatically if they crash your game. There was an announcement on this posted on the motdgd group, so they're aware of it.

Yeah, that's not intended. I will add FoF to the supported games on the plugin. I believe the folder name is 'fof'.

Will be releasing an update to try in the next few hours.

For FoF it seems the ads stop when closing the window. Will this still count the ads as impressions?

Yes, if the ad begins playing, although this will effect the completion rate (hopefully not too badly).

Anyone know why they are requiring you enter your full name and address on the registration form?
I emailed them asking about it but never got a response. I didn't see anything explanatory under the privacy policy page either.

Not to sure sreaper, but most likely it is useful for them when they pay you and/or to help keep people from making multiple accounts.

At least that is what I would assume XD

Hi Sreaper,
We never had your email. I've checked the inbox while also being informed by someone else that you were emailing/had emailed us.

Anyway, basically what medic917 says is right. We don't share your details with third parties, we use them to try and identify duplicate accounts. It's also additional proof that we're paying people outside of the company - which may be queried for things like our corporation tax.
