Hello SourceMod.

I'd love to hear if there is a plugin which can be called "banner"

This is done so that you can put a "banner" inside on a track, and put it on a (wall) among others. - I only found a plugin of this on CS 1.6. But it could be cool with a plugin for it in the SourceMod

For example: sm advmenu (Find the picture of place it on the wall) - How people are going to download .spr file(sprites)

I hope you can help me and that you know what I mean.

A plugin already exist for placing decals (.vmt .vtf) in game

if this is what you are after please search am properly
