How to Make Server.cfg Auto exec upon Startup in Rented NFO Server

Just as the title says, I am running a rented NFO server with sourcemod, and for some reason server.cfg and casual.server.cfg does not auto start. Commands listed in these files are not being inputted by my server upon startup. I need these commands to be running at all times.

I am running a CS:GO server using Sourcemod, these are sourcemod and cvar commands, mp_forcecamera 1 for example or sm_flashlight 0 (a command from the plugin I use).

I need cvar's to boot up along with the server. they do not stay active or change when the server runs.

That's because you don't use server.cfg for a lot of commands, such as mp_* commands.
