I have latest updated asteambot installed. Any clue how to fix my problem? Shows that TCP port is already being used.

Change port to something else.. try 4766 or whatever

Ok, I did change it, but still doesn't send any trade or friend requests, although works, it scans inventory and shows, but sometime it doesn't:

By the way, why asteambot takes almost as much CPU usage as the server?

You probably have another instance of ASteambot running in a screen session, that's why port 4765 is used. I made it run sucessfully last time on your server.

Now, Steam put restrictions, this means, you can only access some part of the their website X times in Y seconds.

Nothing I can't do about it. Well, I can, but I don't think it's allowed anyway.

Now, for the invitation not send and trade offer... Make sure the steam account his actually unlocked. Or premium; see :
