I've found Jihad Suicide Bomb but I don't found the Jail Break for CS:GO
I had JailBreak Extreme for CS but I believe it won't be compitable.

I've found some servers that allow donators to had skins.
I also have found some servers that allow admin to @mute @all or @t or @ct or @s, and other server management features.

So do you know any plugins that can allow me to do this?
And would you recommended me another community for SourceMod, because I am so new for SourceMod so I need alot of resource to study it, for HLDS this community I think the best community I can found, but for SourceMod, I don't think so, I don't found Jail Break for CS:GO

I think I had found the Jail Break, SM_Hosties beside that why the name was SM_Hosties, I don't realize that was a Jail Break Mod now I just need to search for donators skins and server management.

Use sm skinchooser for the models.
Use sourcemod for !mute @all and stuff.

SM Skinchooser, is that can be customized for only few players? I mean like donators and admin.
e.g Grim Reaper Skins, can't be used by normal players, but can be used by donators, but can't be used by admin.
