Do you have car models? For realistic gameplay, do you have animations for trasnform back to car/robot?
All this can be possible if you have models. You could play with pev_vody.
For example, an animation for switch to car at the car body so we could switch pev_body & play the model animation. I said it's possible, but i think it's very unlikely that you will find someone to do this models.

Well first of all you should get the models.
After you have the models, you will find someone who will do this. But while you don't have the models no one will do this mod because is a waste of time if you can't get the models. Also it's important to have the models done to know what animations and pev_body should be hooked.
