Why? Just because something is "newly approved" doesn't make it better than a plugin that was approved prior to it. Therefore, sorting by approval date is useless.

Simply search for the plugin for which you are after and test the ones that you find.

Write a script that parses each thread, looks for posts made by an approver containing "Approved." and then sort by date.
