Agreed - reading the true Bhagavad Gita is something only a trained Hindi-linguistics professional could translate properly; although natives may be able to read it, many of us know it's difficult enough sometimes to understand those "tech support calls" because their language is different than ours hence why a professional is required for such a different language. My statement was not meant to be racist/offensive in any way; merely a joke for those of us who have experienced those type of phone calls :-).
