Are you sure? I can't read Swedish, but this page seems to state that the Large[est?] package is 24 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream - in accordance with your results.

If you really want to know how to change you duplex on your home computer, even though it is normally set to auto detect, here is how.

Open your Network Connections window.
Right click on your LAN connection.
Choose Properties.
Click the Configure button.
Click the Advanced tab.
You should see a Link Speed & Duplex option, choose that.
In the drop-down box on the side, choose 100Mbps/Full.
Click OK.
Might have to restart the computer or the network card for it to work right, might not. Each card/comp is different

Only do this if you know that your source is sending it at 100/Full, otherwise, leave it at Auto Detect. Also, doing this will NOT increase your down/up speed on the Interent, only in the LAN. Your Internet speed is controlled by your ISP, there is nothing you can do to increase it without giving them more money.
