Yeah you should laugh,

1st . your post in the wrong section.
2nd. Your requesting a whole mode from someone to make it for you, which its so obvious that you wont even find that someone.
3rd. No ones knows what are you talking about.(not enough explanation)

Okay, sorry for that, i'll explain for you.. I do not know how to create the mode of Pedo Bear, and this mode is already in TF2 and CS:Source and CS:GO. what I want to know is how to create this mode in Counter Strike 1.6. Thank You
