Sometimes, it will happen.
This means if your plugin updates itself, it may break and require maintenance. I discovered it with my JailBreak plugin, and since then I made the plugin to auto update a seperate plugin which doesn't get updated automatically EVER

This happened to the most important plugin, Left4dhooks

Edit: The broken file ( .smx ) was exactly 100,000 bytes smaller than the proper file.
