Idk if you're still around here but you forgot to put "blocked" "1" in max's config, to block him from appearing randomly and not to be chosen in the boss selection.
guess i forgot lol, i think someone pointed that out awhile ago, just forgot to update it. thanks anyway tho
also yeah lol, ff2 isnt that amazing to me anymore so ive sorta moved on i guess
