Yeah can you dumb this down for me? I don't know what the tcp or udp ports are and are you talking about on the server?

Port 3306 is closed on both the server and on the website. Does this matter?

My website is hosted yes and they also host the database

check with website host because they may or may not. If they say they have it open for you, check your databases.cfg

This is what my gameserver host sent to me.

"This port is already open. Be sure to add the following IPs to the "Remote MySQL" area of your CPanel in order to allow them to communicate with your remote server. 68.232.169.13 68.232.167.89"

I wasn't really able to get a clear answer from my webhost on if they offered remote mysql BUT I can see that the database is working (I think) because it has ban information in it.
