You don't need the extra ! in "!kiss." Just put "kiss" because the current way you have it will force you to type !!kiss for it to work correctly.

If that doesn't work, the cyrillic could break it.. I've never tested it but I've seen stuff like that before.

I took the code from the first page:

"rules"
{
    "Url" "http://websitehere.com/rules/"
    "Title" "Rules and Regulations"
}

Created a new text file without Cyrillic alphabet.
But the problem is the same. When I enter "rules" into the chat, this word is hidden. Motd works and the link opens.

Recently, this seems to have stopped working on a Linux TF2 server. HTML pages don't seem to load anymore, just a black screen shows. Any ideas?

I know nothing about these issues sadly. I haven't been on TF2 in quite some time due to work. If anyone has any error logs from the new syntax version I posted above, please do post them and I'll take a look tomorrow (day off, hooray!). Error logs help me determine what's going on. You can also check for a sourcemod_fatal.log file in your servers' main tf/ directory which would indicate severe issues. Those are also helpful to me.

so this says its for any game, but im having trouble with it on CSGO. nothing in my error logs, and plugin loads fine. in console it says "Tried to look up command say as if it were a variable." when i issue my command

Use this. This includes the config file I use as well as the plugin that I changed up a bit to work on all Operating Systems. This also includes some better error handling to be more specific with errors, rather than just not working like a lot of people are witnessing.
