Ah... I'm zero at this . Anyone who's willing to help me with it will be greatly appreciated because that plugin is legitimately useful.

Would Orpheu work with reHLDS as long as you update the signatures? ReGameDLL is fine and dandy, but it can't provide full functionality of Orpheu.

Help i have problem with my sma when i try to compile it i get Error: Cannot read from file: "orpheu" on line 12,but i already have orpheu files how can i solve it pls help im a begginer,thanks

Put the .inc file in amxmodx/scripting/include
or
Add additional locations to the compiler to search for includes by using
"-iFILEPATH", For example "-iC:/Whatever/CustomIncludeFolder"

If you find the signatures for rehlds, yes. Most(all?) orpheu plugins released here have signatures for the default hlds, so it would be up to you to find the right signatures. The same is true for okapi.
