CS:GO server works but plugins aren't functioning.

I've been using csgosl to launch my new personal server on Ubuntu and it works, but the plugins aren't functional. Even more confusing, it says the plugins are active, but they aren't. I've copied my settings almost exactly from my PC where I used to run a server on Windows. Below is the entire server log. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Outside of the csgosl plugins, I have practicemode, and the weapons and knives plugins installed, but they don't work, nor appear in console.
