From what I understand, I reading in the case, is that you have to put the commands that have menu, example, sm_ws, sm_knife, sm_models and so on...

Try to put the plugin commands in the quoted file and see if it works.

no, works fine here in linux. maybe you overwrite addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg
