hello.... let me ask you something when I was in some server...
I typed like this in the tf2 server !le (write whatever you want) and the steam group connected to this server popped the events popup... pls... anyone knows about this plugin... pls tell me how to get it.... pls help...;;

I think he's thinking of webshortcuts, however there is multiple plugins that show webpages for different games, unsure what game he is playing.
