Is it possible in CDDM server to set so if I make a kill my gun is auto reloaded as in gungame mod? some plugin or ?

There is no setting like that in the current version of CSDM. You may need to write a separate plugin for that. If You have troubles with coding, ask somebody at "Suggestions/Requests" forum.
