Thanks andi, it looks as though they don't skin randomly!! they copy the admin skin and change as the admin changes, maybe it's the way I've set it up for hl2 deathmatch EG no team stuff just public models.

So as I said I had done a quick check , it seems to work now with HRCBots.
I will do some more tests in the next days to make sure they work correctly and than update the HL2DM-Version....

So here is a testversion of hl2dm-skinchooser , setting models for bots in mp_teamplay 1 should now work , there is an issue in mp_teamplay 0 if you add more than 1 model in the botsTeam0.ini also it can throw some errors in logfile.
Delete the old configfile a new one will be created on mapchange/restart.
You will also find some new cvars for opening the menu and closing it....
