The included ini doesn't have tabs... I edited mine with appropriate tabs to help me visually... here's mine:

Also, one thing I noticed. If I have 3 menus (admins, top admins, then VIP) and I set the middle menu to admin z flag, the VIP skins don't get applied... but if I move the top admins menu to be last, it works

couldn´t get it , tried "z" on top , "z" on last , "z" in the middle , mixed with "groups" and it always worked..........

I know it's in the wiki... was just pointing out that the default ini doesn't have tabs ;)

To add to my "z" in the middle... I had the main menu named, admin flag defined as "z", Team1 and Team2 defined, but no models in them because I wasn't finished at the time... not sure if having no defined models makes the difference or not.

I have trouble. Models of players who don't have skins are allready changing. How to fix this trouble?

Seems to be a problem for me . Alright I have Download and precacher don't know if that will help fix the problem im having, but whatever. I've uploaded all the files and folders correctly, sv_pure 0, setup all the configs, I don't use FastDL, When I choose a model, my model will not change no matter what, there is no errors in the log, I just dont change models

I think your config file is messed up, had some spaces in the filename... there's a wiki that explains the {}'s

Yours should be:

Actually, you had the correct {}'s, I think it was just the spaces you had... you had "b4p_rebel.md l" in some places instead of "b4p_rebel.mdl"

Further edit, I saw you had some paths with "/" and some with "\", not sure if that matters or not. I set them all to "\" like the wiki
