I just installed an cs go server on my vps and after the startup my server is crushing.
Seems to be because of mapgroups..

this does not look like a crash at all... and it is not from mapgroups because you did not even start your server up with one...

Yes, you are right, I forgot that, but look what happens when I change the map to aim_map

Those are warnings that can be ignored, nearly every custom map has that.
What you need to do is give us what it says when trying to change the map or immediately after, from what it's saying, it's loading the map properly.
Best result would be to do a pastebin or something of your console log and omit any sensitive details.

As for your mapgroup issue, you need to add it to your start parameters, then you need to add all the maps you are planning on using into the mapgroup you are using. That's if you don't want to have issues later on.

This bug appear after the new valve update, before that I never had this problem and I used the same maps. It worked fine by now.
I dont know how to exactly add the maps in mapgroup, should I create a new file named mg_active and add all the maps in it ?

In all honesty wait till tomorrow, there is a big problem with CS:GO servers and until Valve fixes it, you're not going to get the best results or being able to test effectively.

However, to answer your question, you make a custom mapgroup and put in the maps that you are using if they are not just the default maps.
Add a file called: gamesmodes_server.txt (there is an example one called: gamemodes_server.txt.example)

It is working. None of what you are posting indicates otherwise.

Stringtables can be corrected and is map related not mapgroup related in anyway.
Edit 2: Like I mentioned, if your server is crashing it's related to the recent CS:GO update. A mapgroup error won't cause a crash, it should only disallow a player from joining.

I dont even know if gamesmodes_server.txt it's working or not but the map still can't load (aim_map)
Im starting my server with

Can't change replicated ConVar nextlevel from console of client, only server operator can change its value
