Tbh I think adt_array version should be completely cut. It's just too unsafe. Any poorly written plugin can push bad cell or just do CloseHandle and the next plugin receiving forward will produce error. That will result into a lot of error reports from people which you wouldn't be able to fix because they were generated by other plugins.

I mean look at the mess with chat colors, people post randomly in many threads.

I agree with you.

Having said that, beta 2 of the new version is out!
For this version, I will not provide a binary because I have not tested it myself, so right now, I want developers (and experienced server owners) to test this plugin on servers that are not-live, as I don't know what this plugin will do to your servers (in terms of crashing, handle leaks, etc). This version should definitely be better for developers and for me to support; I have also fixed (or attempted to fix) the issue that HorseDick was talking about with the colors appearing in the chat if you have a specific string entered. Developers, if you could take a look at the code and give me feedback, it'd be awesome.

I just got Simple Chat Processor(Redux) & Simple Chat Colors (Redux) installed. Its working except when I'm CT it does not change the color of the text..? Only when I"m T. Im running CS:GO



Can someone please help me. Thanks

Then it's probably the translation names that are wrong; I was assuming that they're the same but they're not, so either you're going to have to have someone get the correct translation names for you or (if you know how to) do it yourself.

Is there any way this plugin can be updated to fix the "arbitrary chat colors" exploit? If someone pastes the ASCII color control character directly into their chat message, they can use arbitrary chat colors. This doesn't happen without the plugin.
