On my test server hosted at home the plugin worked. But the plugin does not work on my rented server, received the following error:

Seems to be an error while downloading the database.


You can try 2 things:

1. Restart your server and check whether the download is successfull
2. Here is the latest database. Just copy it to addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite and turn off mapdownload_update_database in your config. Then restart your server.

I managed to resolve the error by adding the permissions for the system2, but now I get the following error:

Couldn't find a valid Map file

I added the execute permission only for "Owner permissions". I need to add execute permission for "Group permissions" and "Public permissions"?

Owner permission should be enough.

Do you have the latest system2 v2.31? I updated it yesterday because of a bug.

Also check the error logs of sourcemod. Got any errors?

If you have the latest, open the folder sourcemod/data/mapdownload and find the file you have downloaded at check if the file is valid (open it on your pc)

I downloaded the latest version system2 of the site: https://bitbucket.org/Popoklopsi/system2/downloads

But still the error continues, I saw in folder sourcemod/data/mapdownload and is downloaded the map, but it is not compressed, the file has no extension. What can it be?

So, do you have now anyerrors in your error log?

What map exactly you downloaded?

Maybe you can make a picture of the folder with it's content?

I saw the error log SourceMod, but there appears no error. I tried to download the map mg_cuberunner_csgo_v4_1 but not a problem of the map, I managed to download on my test server hosted at home.
