You would need to set the clients viewing angles to follow your object frame by frame.

Why wouldnt it be smooth?

If the object your tracking moves smoothly then you should have a smooth result.

Just use OnPlayerRunCmd or PreThink and set the client's angles and position to the object/entity you want them to view. Just make sure you change the player's collusion flags since it would probably slow down/stop the object from moving.
