also regarding mapvoting its not working correctly in tf2, but will hopefully be fixed for the next release thats comming tomorrow if all goes well.

For the next update please do that:

I see that the plugin read lines randomly here: publicmessages.ini

Is it possible that the plugin will not read randomly but line by line because sometimes there is repetition !

Its allready random, offcourse not reading of the file but showing it.

- Added: New admin access: l = Votes only ( Limits user to only be able to start votes for the admin action, like map change or kick/ban )
- Added: More stuff for translation system making it give more usefull error messages and so on
- Fixed: TF2 map system is now more robust and listens to more events and should be able to catch mapchanges

I tried it today. at first, i thank you for doing this plug.
But i cant test it at this point. there are some bugs.
(I use Linux)

- The Mapvote didn't worked correct, like kjcdude allrdy said.
The Plug did a vote at the Beginning and in the end.

- with "bat_mapextend 3"
the nextmap-command din't worked correct. i get only the reply: "nextmap: " without the mapname.

- The TF2 Teambalance didn't worked anymore, if i run your plug.
TF2 says, that the teams will be blanaced is xx sec, but nothing happend after xx sec.

Is there a setting that disables autobalance for Admins/Clan members? I thought there was but I can't seem to find it again.
