Is there a way to know how much a plugin consume/will consume in 'X' cincurstanses? (like 32/32 player, FPS's of the server, etc) becouse i have a problem with my most popular servers that consumes too much (Are 32 slots full almost all the time) and it saturates the PC (and the mods aren't that heavy at all), i'm hosting gameservers, not cloud/dedicated server so i can't tell how much is the consume currently (But according to the host the problems of ping that i have is that my 3 servers are consuming 3.6 ghz of the PC)

If any server is consuming a significant amount of processor power then you likely have a poorly coded plugin. You would have to look at the code to see if there is any obvious code that is consuming a bunch of the processor power.
