We will. We experience some freeze/crash problems time by time (game serv. provider <-> plugin, unknown ).
We'll move as soon as we correct most of 3d-party plugins errors and rent separate VPS.

However, do you suppose that above commands work only in SM 1.8+ ?

Okay, I didn't look well (or FTP cached file system).

I found netprops_xml.txt in the ./left4dead/ folder (even for SM 1.7.3).

However, this command SHOULD be executed in RCON.
No effect, in game console, even in SM 1.9.

There isn't a page which describes all the properties, you can either search for the property on the forum and see how it's used by other users, or guess at what it does. Be warned some properties will crash the server is improperly used.
