Help hiding sm commands from chat

From few hours, sm commands like !ws, !knife, !hide etc. beginning to appear in chat when someone is using it. Any ideas to hide it?

Set PublicChatTrigger to "", SilentChatTrigger to "!/", and SilentFailSuppress to "yes".

You'll need to be running SourceMod 1.9 (a dev branch snapshot).

I tryed it but doesn't work. I'll search for a plugin who do that.
