Every time I try to start my dedicated server up, It crashes when I go to connect to it giving an error saying "ED_ALLOC: no free edicts" I have 8 plugins installed, and none of them create any entities, mostly just new commands. And this just randomly happened out of the blue.

Have you tried disabling AMXModX completely? If you have and the problem continues, then its not AMXModX related. And if that is the case, we need more info, maybe like what mod your running. What was the server configuration before this "random" act started happening, and what was the server configuration directly after it started happening. Etc...
