ok ... can some1 send me the files that i need and tell me exacly where they are supposed to go ... because i think i messed this whole thing up .... i heve both amxx.cfg and amx.cfg files is that supposed to be like that?

oh yea and my IP address changes everytime i restart my PC so it says on my server not reaspoding because the IP is different ...does any1 know y that happends and how i can fix it
