search for bandwidth upload test on google or yahoo and find another to try, maybe you have some sort of firewall or something, router or internet explorer based, if so, try to disable it
who knows that might be part of the problem to begin with

I think you map problem is you installed the maps wrong... has nothing to do with mapcycle unless you don't have a map that is in you map cycle...

thats not too bad, about 30KBps

I'm guessing your hard drive or your ram is slow, or your hard drive needs a defrag really bad. Something is causing the loading of a new map to delay and then everyone times out.... the server isn't crashing.
