The gameserver config is independant from the webpanel server list.

I'm not familiar with iptables, but as you see it's not working, so your webhost is still messing up somehow.

Your webserver does NOT use MySQL to query the server
Therefore just because your MySQL works it does NOT mean that everything else will

Seriously I have doubts as to whether people listen any more. Here was the final communication from my reseller web hosting company

We could see that the issue is due to the hardware firewall in the server. We have notified our senior administrators to open the requested ports in the firewall. We shall keep you updated with the details. We understand that you are so eager to check your application. The hardware firewall request will take at least 2-3 business days to get processed. We shall notify you as soon as we get an update on this from the concerned department.

I asked about this 3 times. I asked if they checked all firewalls related to my reseller account

Can a request be put in to enable hiding the servers from the public? I don't want to attempt to hide them via webpage scripting, that would block them from everybody.

Admin Panel > Server Settings > Edit Server > Uncheck Enabled?

I have my own issue with the software getting information from the server. Have a server with 4 instances of TF2 running on different IPs but port rules are in place in iptables and apf, but for the sake of testing have had them disabled completely.

All 4 games have the same version of sourcemod, database info, rcon, IP, server id, etc are set properly but only 1 of the 4 servers actually gets data! None of the servers have any banned IP in their records. I'm completely stumped on this. Any other suggestions?
