I got following problem when I ban people from my TF2 server.

[sourcebans.smx] Failed to query database. (Table 'sb_sb.kt_actions' doesn't exist)

Sourcebans doesn't change prefix?

Anyone have a working copy of the configs folder the webserver can't seem to find them, Folder set to 755 and the files set to 644 yet I get;

You don't have permission to access /network/webworks/SB2.0/application/config/web.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can't remember how I solved it but I did.

Have you installed Sourcebans 2.0 to same db than 1.4.11?
