The main reason why I didn't make the socket support in this new version was because that it requires some extra ports to be opened up and on different hostings it wasnt really working, from what I tested old version. I wanted to provide panel that would work on all hostings. Thats why source query seemed to be the best solution.

Please add developer natives for addadmin, deladmin, addgroup, delgroup, etc

Also, I don't see any CS:Go specific code other than the #include <cstrike>. What's this used for? I haven't searched through all the sp files, however I do not see any code it'd be needed for.

I will definitely add natives some more natives for admin adding, online time checking and much more. Just want to finish more stuff at website and then move on to making natives.

The <cstrike> was used few places just to detect teams, I took it out now on last dev.
