Hi Apologies, I have done the Mysql module steps and the webscript steps, but i'm confused by 2 things, there is no database structure anywhere for it to connect to and i don't know what fields i would need to create.

the files are on my gameserver and my webserver but what next? do I have to manually create a database? how do i connect them together?

The plugin on the gameserver will create all the tables by itself.
If the plugin hasn't created any tables, you might want to look into the logs to see what might be wrong.

There are a lot of possible reasons for this, the only thing this tells us is that there was an error while trying to open a connection.
I recommend you to search this thread for "socket error" and/or posting your "plugin.calladmin_ts3.cfg" config which is located in "cfg/sourcemod".

Does the "Report to Forum" module work with this or along side it? It seems to be its own reporting system.
