i just saw this mod like 10 min ago and i have no freaking clue how to do anything on it can some one help me please

You need to give a bit more information than that. Have you uploaded the files to your server? Have you read the documentation? Which bits are causing the confusion?

To get started just replace the example steamID in the admin files with your own that will give you some idea.
