I always thought about a mode where you will have to escort a player that have no weapon to defend himself but he could still bash to help teammates and bring medkit or pills with him, other survivors will have to protect him and reach the saferom and if he dies the round end. The pilot will be selected randomly or choosen by the team.

Technically it should be possible with l4dtoolz for slots and by forcing the pilot model from the chopper for the 5th player and blocking him from using weapons for the said model. I don't know it might be a cool gamemode (or not ?).
